The reassign above (in the quoted mail) was sent to #761998 and looking
at the history of #761998 it looks like it has been one twice by Simon
McVittie so I _assume_ that one was intended for 761989/libdc0 since the
bug report talks about both packages.

Therefore I reassign the bug to ftp.d.o for the final removal.
