Bug#418660: texmacs: Depends on tetex-base, tetex-bin, tetex-extra

The following patch removes all the dependencies on tetex-* and moves
them to texlive-* . The package builds fine under pbuilder with this
patch. I am not sure if the new dependencies are bloated, but atleast
I am sure that they work.
