Bug#452348: HPLIP doesn't mention new user-in-scanner-group requirement, other issues

This group currently consists of one person, who hasn't yet tried to
think of the set of installed packages as a whole - like, installing two
web browsers by default.

GNOME or not GNOME, I am talking about making the default Debian
installation - especially what appears in the menus - consistent. We
have thrown a lot of effort into this direction, and it is a shame to
see them spoiled by a giant HP icon in the default etch menu, that
spawns an ugly application a vast majority of users don't need.
