Fedora patches Mozilla::CA: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Mozilla-CA/tree/rawhide

I'd use /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt instead of /usr/share/ca-certificates/mozilla, though.
