Bug#1068228: libreoffice-core: fails to open any documents (ods/odt) after latest upgrades, missing components

indeed, libreoffice-writer & libreoffice-calc got removed on 29/3/2024, 
and that went unnoticed :(

had a power failure on that day and system was halted while apt was 
upgrading.
maybe that was the issue and packages were removed after a 
`dpkg-configure -a` ..  (and i didn't notice...)
or triggered by librsvg2-2 upgrade 2.58.0+dfsg-1 later that day .. (?)
not sure, still taking a look at dpkg/apt/nala logs.

so, everything works as expected.

p.s. you're right devuan isn't relevant to debian bts, but afaik devuan 
doesn't mess with libreoffice packages nor their dependencies, those 
come as-is from debian repos...  but anyway i get your amount of work 
having to deal with the -already very large- debian base and not other 
OSes.. sorry for the trouble and thanks for your work on Debian... :)
