I almost wanted to answer (in a more verbose form) that there is no missing dependency...

But those are actually missing... - *on 32 bit only* (thus also e.g. on armhf...). (Due to technical details I won't annoy you with...)

Will fix ASAP and if it's in testing it will be backported to buster-backports.
