I don't believe so.
A wish, more or less. Since there simply is no KF5 integration.

I'd argue this is a dolpin bug if it doesn't open the file with a missing
libkdeinit5_*.

And the file does not open?

In the subject of this report you say "integration with dolphin is bugged".
This might spliy be the case because there _IS NO_ integration with dolphin.
-kde is still built with/for KDE *4* since there's nothing more upstream.

And I'd believe dolphin should just open the file, regardless of whether
there is integration or not.

That said the only libkdeinit5 I find (needed to look at stretch since sid
doesn't give me any results) is https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libkdeinit5&mode=filename&suite=testing&arch=amd64, so...
Note that there's no libkdeinit5_libreoffice.so or similar for sid, either.
(how does it compute the name?)
