Dear Maintainers,
I am trying to use the aspduc solver for autopkgtest. However to my
great astonishment I discovered that it doesn't install recommended
packages when requested.
E.g.
paul@testavoira ~/tmp $ apt --simulate install fpc --install-recommends
NOTE: This is only a simulation!
apt needs root privileges for real execution.
Keep also in mind that locking is deactivated,
so don't depend on the relevance to the real current situation!
