Dear maintainer,
camlidl is currently not installable in sid, due to an unresolved
dependency:
# apt install camlidl
[...]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
camlidl : Depends: ocaml-nox-4.02.3 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
This looks like it is broken by updating ocaml.
This causes FTBFS for the new plplot version.
