Bug#962934: inkscape package contains a Debug build

According to the Debian build logs for inkscape 1.0-1 (amd64), inkscape is
built with the cmake option CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=None. Effectively, this turns the
build into a Debug build with asserts being in place, etc.
Invoking cmake with -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release instead of
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=None should fix this problem.

This bug report is for the inkscape package from buster-backports
(1.0-1~bpo10+1) but the same problem should apply to the package in unstable
(1.0-1).
