SCSI performance on Indy

Hi,

I'm getting very poor disk performance on my Indy:
Copying a big file from one partition on another, I hardly exceed
1MB / s :-(

Can someone help me track down the problem, if there is a problem?

BTW, it's a state of the art Seagate in there (using IDE->SCSI adapter from
Acard)
