Debdiffs can also be emailed to this mailinglist I believe.
I guess you are talking about "burn", so maybe it's also not a bad idea to CC 
the release team for their ACK since it has to go through s-p-u. Also the  
secure-testing-team@lists.alioth.debian.org mailinglist sometimes attracts 
sponsors.
