Actually, would it make sense to introduce a new package, sgb-src or
sgb-doc (preferred), which would contain the sources?  Among other
things, it would mean that changes in the package wouldn't require
users to download the (unchanged) upstream sources again, and those
who have the book wouldn't need to download the sources.
