Hi,

Whilst following up with #927476, I followed .gitlab-ci.yml and ran:

  $ t/bin/build-test-packages

… and then

  $ t/bin/runtests

As expected, I hit a problem with missing tag output. However, during
the calibration process I hit:

    Offering to re-calibrate the tags expected in tests with errors.

    t/tags/checks/control-file/control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets  >>>  Fix (y/n/q)? y
    Cannot parse line control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets (source): source-format 1.0 [non-native] at t/bin/tagextract line 96.
    Cannot execute tagextract on t/tags/checks/control-file/control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets/tags: Inappropriate ioctl for device at /home/lamby/git/debian/lintian/lintian/t/bin/tagadjust line 89.
    Cannot run tagadjust for t/tags/checks/control-file/control-file-rules-requires-root-binary-targets at t/bin/runtests line 397, <STDIN> line 1.
