Package: lintian

Dear maintainers,
It would be nice if I could configure lintian to look for the last
build's .changes file in another location. In my ~/.devscripts I have
DEBRELEASE_DEBS_DIR=/home/swhitton/local/debuild
and the debrelease(1) and debsign(1) utilities know to look for
.changes, .dsc and .deb files in that directory when I run it in the
root of a package source. It would be good if lintian looked at that
variable or had its own debs_dir configuration option in .lintianrc.
