Currently this tag is labelled "I:"

    vcs-field-uses-not-recommended-uri-format

I'd like to propose to promote it to "W:", because Vcs-* fields that use
developer specific URLs prevent downloading packages with:

    debcheckout <package>

And example:

    $ debcheckout weka

    declared svn repository at svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-java/trunk/weka
    svn co svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-java/trunk/weka weka ...
    svn: To better debug SSH connection problems, remove the -q option from
    'ssh' in the [tunnels] section of your Subversion configuration file.

This effective renders debcheckout(1) unusable in these cases.
