I have. BTW, pcmcia-source from debian fails to build the modules. Even if
it did, the makefile as an ifdef such that in the case of debian nothing
would vbe build (DIRS empty).

I wil try again removing PCMCIA support from hte kernel and taking the
modules from pcmcia-cs.
