Dear Maintainer,
in recent kernel versions the iwlwifi module is broken for older devices. See
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=203315 for details. This bug makes
high bandwidth transfers over wifi very unstable, including file transfers and
backups. As the fix seems pretty minimal
(https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11029027/) but takes a long time to get
into a kernel release it would be very helpful if this could be backported to
the current testing kernel.
