At the same server before upgrade to jessie, df -h and du -hs commands showed the same used space. I tried downgrade coreutils to wheezy version - no difference.
Maintainers of coreutils says, that no bug in df :) https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=837810
