Usually df -h  and du -hs shows the same used space.

That's not generally true, due to metadata that du isn't aware of.  I
don't think there's a bug here.

Are you comparing with the exact same filesystem mounted using the
wheezy kernel?  Are you using the same version of coreutils in both
cases, or is that also different?

At the same server before upgrade to jessie, df -h and du -hs commands showed the same used space. I tried downgrade coreutils to wheezy version - no difference.
Maintainers of coreutils says, that no bug in df :)
