Check lists.kde.org/?l=kde-cvs and see the bugfixgfest happening every day ;)
Please note every KDE app has in the 'Help' menu a 'Report Bug ...' item. Use it.

No, works here with yesterdays CVS build. Wild guess: Maybe your konqueror
is too inteligent and tries to prevent you to visit this site ;^)

No problem here. Opens kde.org in another window as expected.
