http://www.qsol.com/  We just recently bought a slightly smaller system 
from them similar to that, and they're our regular vendor for our 1Us and 
90+% of our other rackmount servers.

I'm not sure what 'Pro Xen DomU' is...but they sell a few different HW RAID 
cards, and several chassis with large numbers of drives (don't remember 
offhand).
