paradis ({people,ssh}.d.o) bullseye upgrade

Hi,

I'll be upgrading paradis.d.o to bullseye this evening, aiming to start
around 19:00 UTC.

This will affect the following services:
- people.debian.org webpages
- SSH proxy-jumps via {,na.}ssh.debian.org

The upgrade will involve at least one reboot of the server.
