D-I RC1 string freeze results

The results of the string freeze on D-I are the following:

Languages complete for level 1: 43
----------------------------------
ar be bn ca cs da de dz el eo es eu fi fr gl gu he hr hu id it ja
km ko lt mk nb nl pt pt_BR ro ru sk sq sv th tl tr uk vi wo zh_CN zh_TW

For these languages, standard Debian installs are fully translated
except maybe things that depend on packages not under direct control
of the D-I team (task selection, popularity-contest question, country
list, keymap list)

Languages complete for level 1 and 2: 41
----------------------------------------

ar bn ca cs da de dz eo es et eu fi fr gl gu he hr hu it ja km ko
lt mk nb nl pt pt_BR ro ru sk sq sv th tl tr uk vi wo zh_CN zh_TW

For these languages, a default Debian base system install is fully
translated.

Languages complete for level 1 to 3: 24
---------------------------------------

ca cs da de dz es fi fr gl hu it ja km nb pt pt_BR ro ru sk sv tr
vi zh_CN zh_TW

For these languages, a default Debian desktop system install is
fully translated.

Languages complete for level 1 to 4: 24
---------------------------------------

ca cs da de dz es fi fr gl hu it ja km nb pt pt_BR ro ru sk sv tr
vi zh_CN zh_TW

For these languages, any default install of Debian is fully
translated.

Languages complete for level 1 to 5: 20
---------------------------------------

ca cs da de dz es fr gl it ja km nb pt pt_BR ro ru sk sv vi zh_TW

Holy Grail. Any default install is fully translated AND major key
utilities of Debian are translated.

This is a tremendous achievement. Thanks to all involved translators
for making this possible and...this is not finished! You still have
time for packages from levels 2 to 5 to complete. All of them are
under string freeze and they can be updated still (most require a
freeze exception, but the release team is OK with freeze exceptions
for localisation). There is no strict deadline but I think that Nov
10th is a good guess.
