The restart_apparmor function in tools/cqrlog-apparmor-fix looks good,
you should use it in the postrm, too. (postrm does not check whether the
initscript is available before calling it)
You can skip the check for invoke-rc.d nowadays, just call it directly
(it has been essential since ...) and drop the fallback of calling the
initscript directly.
