This was observed on a jessie->stretch upgrade, which causes cqrlog to be removed (to back out the /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld changes before mariadb gets upgraded). >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): Removing cqrlog (1.8.2-1.1) ...
