The version of uber's fork goes back to 0.x (1.6.0 -> 0.4.0). If we
reuse old packages, we need to introduce epochs, which is not ideal.
So new source and binary packages are preferred.
Okay, since it provides "mockgen" too, it will have to conflict/replace golang/mock.
