Help on sending ITP

Hi,

I've just filed an ITP, 924728:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=924728. Details
below.

However, the results really confused me:

- I don't receive the normal ITP message that contains Bug#, though
I'm getting those from others that doing so.
- I checked debian-mentors archive at https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/
and my ITP request is not there.
- and I checked debian-go archive at
https://lists.debian.org/debian-go/2019/03/ and my ITP request is not
there either.

How to sending ITP or RFS so that,

- I can receive the normal ITP message meself that contains Bug#,
- and it will go to debian-go archive as well?

Do I have to use sendmail from the command line?
Can I use my gmail web to send such requests?

Thanks
