Sorry it did not work out for you. This was what helped in my situation, but perhaps there was something else I did
which might have fixed it beforehand.
It is bad when things break with libc as there is no option to remove it and reinstall.
Perhaps debian developers can be of more help in this case.
It is real strange that you cannot install using dpkg the version that is currently installed!
Can you please copy/paste;pastebin the output of :
dpkg -i ./download/libc6_2.13-27_amd64.deb
and share it?
