Dear Maintainer,

Bug #783186 affects Wheezy to Jessie upgrades and should ideally be 
documented in the release notes. The attached patch adds the relevant 
paragraph, together with a paragraph with general notes on Ganeti 
cluster upgrades, to the release notes.
