Hello,

in issues.po (r6475) there are two ways display links
for bugs. The first way is
<ulink url=\"&url-bts;/496169\">#496169</ulink>
which leads to a link that has only "#496160" displayed
and the second is <ulink url=\"&url-bts;513506\"/>
which displays the whole url for the bug, ie
"http://bugs.debian.org/513506";. This is not consistent
and maybe needs to be fixed (the first method is nicer,
though the "/" between the comma and bug number is
redundant).

Thanks,
Igor

I've committed a fix to consistently use the same formatting for bug
reports.
