doc-debian 1.5.1 released

Hi folks.
doc-debian 1.5.1 is the same as 1.5.0 but have some small fixes
and new bugs (for example the "[quote]" in the text version...).
I plan to take a look at the bugs submitted against this package, read
the FAQ again, and make a "todo" list of needed changes.
Next release will be probably 1.6, and if the sgml-tools are fixed by
then, I will try then the "byhand" trick in the *.changes file to update
the release in master.debian.org.
If anybody wants to help, please, read the current FAQ and send bugs against
the package. If anybody wants to help even more, include patches :-)
