since this issue seems to be affecting a few more packages than plakativ, I wanted to ask here what the canonical way is to fix this issue?
There's talk on #d-python if pybuild could/should deal with it; I'd give it a few days and see if that pans out. If not, extend-diff-ignore as Scott suggested or simply removing the egg-info folders with a *.egg-info/ line in d/clean should both work.
