* New upstream release
* Miscelaneous fixes to upstream autoconf/automake build system:
fixed package version in configure.in.Install doc/ under
$prefix/doc. Added reconf, bootstrap, sample.* to source dist.
Default prefix set to /usr/local/pcsc.
* Statically link libpcsclite-core against pcscd.
* pcscd records pid in /var/run/pcscd.pid for easier
stop and restart.
* libpcsclite0 now directly depends on pcscd.
* Added manpage for pcscd and formaticc.
* Removed buggy installifd upstream utility.
* Enabled USB support.
* Option -v prints it's output to stdout.
