Hi all SFML in debian was quite failing until now. Build failed on all non x86 arches[1] because upstream has some #error preprocessor if no known arch define is set. Although IA64 is supported upstream their detection seems to be flawed as it fails there to. I have reported this and asked for their rational to limit the arches [2] so we can decide if we should remove this #error thing er limit the supported platforms. Getting around this build failure is quite trivial - commenting out the platform detect (upstream defines some macros based on this but they are not used internally) and making something smart about their big/little endian define (removing it too would be another option). I am quite unsure how to proceed, any input is quite welcome here.
