Bug#1023151: xapps-common: Recommends unneeded gist instead of netcat

Dear maintainers,

nothing in xapps-common needs gist to be installed. But the Python script 
/usr/share/xapps-common/bin/pastebin needs netcat to be installed instead. 
So could you please replace gist by netcat in debian/control.

Moreover, if there is a reason for putting the executable binaries in 
/usr/share/xapps-common/bin/ instead of /usr/bin/ (which is what upstream 
does), then you should also adapt the path in upload-system-info (line 7) 
from '/usr/bin/pastebin' to '/usr/share/xapps-common/bin/pastebin'.
