How to replicate the CI environment?

Dear all,
I'm trying to track down an RC issue [1] in one of my packages, satpy [2,3].
The problem only currently happens on armhf in debian CI.
I'm not able to reproduce it either locally (in an emulated docker image) or on the abel.debian.org porter box. After some discussion with upstream [4] it seems that the problem is related to the excessive use of resources of some test, but it is very hard to spot what is exactly the test(s) that trigger the issue without having access to the proper test environment.

My question is: is there a way to replicate exactly the environment used to run tests in CI on my machine or on a porterbox? Do you have docker or virtualbox images of the armhf runner somewhere that I could use to debug my issue?
