* New Debian maintainer: Roman Hodek <Roman.Hodek@informatik.uni-erlangen.de>
* Sorted out which files belog into /var/lib/news and which to /etc/news
* All files in /var/lib/news and /etc/news aren't conf files in dpkg
sense anymore, it's very likely that they will be changed. Complete
rewrite of postinst and postrm to this.
* A symlink /var/lib/news/bin/compress -> gzip is provided if no
compress is found, since cnews needs compress.
* Avoid error in 'spacefor outbound' if /var/spool/uucp doesn't exist
