Withdrawal of checker-0.6-1

	I am removing checker-0.6-1 from the Incoming directory on
master.  This is because, surprise!, aout-gcc got upgraded to 2.7.2.1,
which I didn't expect, and checker-0.6-1 won't work with that.  So
I'll rework the package for 2.7.2.1 and submit a checker-0.6-2 that
will be compatible.  And this time checker will require that exact
version of aout-gcc.
