Sorry joost I accidentally put out a version of fvwm95 adding the missing
dependencies on fvwm-common and xbase. I have erased it
again from incoming. Sorry but your last e-mail was not very clear to me.

You need to have fvwm95 depend on xbase which provides
/etc/X11/window-manager. The touch is the wrong solution.
