I've added a note to the web page which says that no official "testing" 
images are available ATM. Also, I've added links to Attila's unofficial 
images and .jigdo files.

IMHO the directory 
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/cd/jigdo-area/i386/ should be 
empty if no testing images are available - it is confusing to offer stable 
images there!
