I'd rather suggest that the debian-backports-keyring package, that's AFAIK shipped in the backports repository, gets moved/copied into Debian main. We can still suggest it, but it doesn't have to be installed by default, especially testing/unstable users don't need it. Kind regards Philipp Kern
