Any and all interpreted languages that can do floating point math need it
unless they supply their own exception handler.

This means perl, python, hugs98, guile, scm, ruby, tcl, etc, etc.

Ghostscript is, of course, in this category too, it just happens to be an
interpreted language that uses a lot more floating point in the course of
everyday operation :)
