As an aside, the initrds need about 15MB or so (we haven't really 
gotten serious with lowmem and won't in the sarge release timeframe).

Wow, even though I've done most of the m68k work on d-i, I'm not really
atari literate. If ya'll can tell me how to do what you're talking
about, I'd be happy to build it.

I've intended to offer this as an installation option for lowmem, but as
far as I know, nobody has even tried it yet.
