warning: `growisofs' uses 32-bit capabilities (legacy support in use)

Hi Everyone,

I'm testing a new dual layer DVD reader/writer. The write failed (a
separate issue), but I noticed the following in dmesg while trying to
gather information. I'm seeing the message on the 5.15.0-48-generic
kernel with k3b 19.12.3. (Ubuntu 20.04, x86_64, fully patched).

    capability: warning: `growisofs' uses 32-bit capabilities (legacy
support in use)

That message has been around since at least 2010. Attempts to fix it
have been made. But the patches just bitrot and the issues with the
patch are eventually closed.

According to http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/linux/DVD+RW/,
cdwrite@other.debian.org is the place for discussions about growisofs.
I did not see a discussion about the issue on other.debian.org. Maybe
my Google-fu is off today.

It would be nice to see someone with knowledge of the issue to fix it
once and for all nowadays.
