NBD doesn't have support for remoting ioctl() calls, and would need a
protocol change for that to happen. I'm not sure whether it's a good
idea, but of course you're always welcome to look at it :-)
I should, however, mention that Peter T. Breuer's 'ENBD' does have
support for ioctl() passing. You may want to have a look at that before
you start doing code.
