Hi,

I'm about to upgrade the Debian packages of Bioconductor to release
3.16.

As a consequence of droping bam.h from htslib Rhtslib does not ship this
header file any more as well (since it just includes code copies).  That's
why BitSeq fails to build due to

$ grep -Rw bam.h
src/ReadDistribution.h:#include "bam.h"
